This elegant site is a Hawaiian Wedding Planner website with a fully
customized content management solution built from scratch. Viewable at endlessweddings.com, this site is beautiful and
elegant as a wedding site should be. The purpose of the site is to facilitate
the planning of a Hawaiian wedding by engaged couples and generate
advertising revenue from local vendors that would benefit from the
functionality of this site.
This site consists of several Content Management Components. General
Administrative, Vendor Administration, and Wedding Planning are all a part
of this site. This site displays vendors by category and preference,
with links to each vendors detailed information page as well as links to
their own websites. Tracking tools indicate the number of “click
thru’s” by site visitors. Embedded contact form also allows for
tracking communication between planners and vendors.
Planning components allow for building task lists, budgeting, and
selecting vendors, emailing vendors and wedding participants. Each
planning couple has their own webpage that provides a photo scrapbook and
blogging platform they can share with friends and family.
This site also implements a complete permissions management platform
that allows the administrator complete control over site access for any

Designed for the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor. I was able to
architect a solution based upon the Navy’s need to improve the performance
of the U.S. Navy’s Ship Husbandry projects during port calls at Pearl
Harbor. This software is referred to as a Repetitive Project
Management Solution.
It aligns the mission statement of the Environmental and
Preventative Medicine Dept., with each Naval Vessel along with the
re-occurring projects and their associated tasks.
This software solution allows managers to select a particular
pre-defined project with customizable pre-assigned associated tasks.
Each task associated with a project can be defined with explicit
instructions. As tasks are completed the assigned tasker (worker) then
updates the database to create a historical record.
This software includes a variety of tracking reports to track hours
and costs associated with completion of projects.
The benefits of this software solution have been quite
extraordinary. Qualitative improvements for the timely and efficient
completion of projects has improved dramatically as now “lessons learned”
information on each project is stored and programmatically retrieved and
reviewed. This has meant a measured decrease in the learning curve
associated with newly rotated in personnel. Enhanced surveillance and
management of projects.
Improved morale of staff as history of each task as it relates to
each of the Navy’s ships and profiling of onboard personnel and their
predisposition to assist is provided to assure the easiest possible
completion of each assigned task. Essentially being able to identify
the gotcha’s before they occur.
Initially designed for Pearl Harbor only, the use of this software
it has reportedly spread virally, to bases across the globe.

Complete SCADA Project for Scholfield’s Deepwell Pumping Station
Partnered in the designing and coding of the water-flow and pump
monitoring system in Delphi 6.0. This system monitors all water levels and
pump activity system wide using, PLC boards with RHF intermittent
transmitters to communicate to the main PLC. The Delphi interface provides
a read/write interface for reading of pertinent data from the PLC using the
MODBUS server component and sets values within the main PLC. The
Alarm system uses a combination of SAPI and TAPI calls to contact staff and
notify them as to the nature of the alarm using a text to speech
interface. I also created a web-based interface to allow the staff to
access the system remotely and manage all systems thru this interface.
Roles and Duties: Developer - I
designed dbase tables and queries. I used Delphi (object Oriented Pascal)
to design the user interface for this SCADA system. Also designed the SAPI
